Strongineering is useful for both beginner lifters or those you just picked up training in a gym. Workout routines and app features can be customized depending on your familiarity on the training terminologies, especially RPE (rate of perceived exertion).
The app would be available in App Store only, but we are targeting to launch in Google Play Store for Android version in future.
Yes, you can still use the app without allowing permission to share your health data. However, you may not be able to enjoy all the features such as heart rate monitoring during rest and getting workout session data from Apple Health.
