Strongineering is useful for both beginner lifters or those you just picked up training in a gym. Workout routines and app features can be customized depending on your familiarity on the training terminologies, especially RPE (rate of perceived exertion).
As of 2023, it would only be available in App Store as iOS app. However, we plan to build the Android version by early 2024.
Yes, you can still use the app without allowing permission to share your health data. However, you may not be able to enjoy all the features such as heart rate monitoring during rest and getting workout session data from Apple Health.
