📋 How to Perform
Begin in the top of a pushup position with your hands directly beneath your shoulders.
Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles.
Tighten your abs and lift one leg off the ground until it's at hip height, pausing for a moment before returning to the starting position.
⚠️ Common Mistakes to Avoid
Rotating the hips toward the lifted leg, which turns the anti-rotation challenge into a twist.
Lifting the leg above hip height, which arches the lower back instead of working the glute.
Letting the hips sag toward the floor, which loads the lower back instead of the core.
