Origin of the app

Strongineering was founded as a bootstrapped startup, built by a self-taught iOS developer who left a corporate career to pursue this vision full time. Over 3+ years of development and 1+ year of beta testing with 300+ real users, Strongineering evolved into a fully native iOS strength training app — combining movement-pattern-based programming, real-time adaptation, and world-class user experience.

Strongineering was created with a simple goal: to deliver structured, high-quality strength programming rooted in real sports science — refined with input from freelance strength coaches, physical therapists, and professional athletic trainers — empowering everyday athletes and complementing the work of coaches by making professional-level planning accessible to everyone.
